Absolutely. Our family styles can be customized for a single person or the whole family. When ordering, simply specify the number of people and provide their individual measurements.
We provide an AI-powered mobile app that guides you through taking accurate measurements. Alternatively, you can use our video guides for manual measurements. All measurements should be submitted in inches.
We review every order and often reach out via email for clarification if something seems off. It's important to double-check your measurements before submitting. If needed, we may suggest adjustments before production begins.
Yes! If you find a style online that you like and it's not in our collection, simply send it to us via our Contact Us page. We'll review it and upload it to our site so you can place an order.
Changes can be made within the first 24 hours or before tailoring begins (typically within 4 days). After tailoring starts, changes are no longer possible. Please email us right away if you need to update your order.
Shipping Information
Our custom outfits are made to order and shipped from overseas, primarily Nigeria. Delivery typically takes 3 to 6 weeks total, including 1-2 weeks for custom tailoring and 1-2 weeks for shipping.
We communicate primarily through email, so it's essential to provide a valid and active email address. Check your spam or promotions folder if you haven't heard from us within a few days of ordering.
Our garments are custom tailored and shipped primarily from Nigeria, where we work with skilled artisans to create high-quality, custom-fitted clothing.
Returns & Refunds
Because each outfit is custom-made to your measurements, returns are generally not accepted. However:
- You can request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order.
- You may be eligible for a 50% refund up to 4 days after placing your order, as long as tailoring hasn't started.
- If the issue is due to our error (e.g. wrong measurements or style), we will issue a 100% refund.
